no exhaust and open flames are allowed and air quality is a concern. We offer Landa, Karcher and Alkota all-electric, hot water pressure washers in portable
and stationary units for manufacturing, food processing, petroleum, agriculture and many more industries.
These power washers can also be used in noise sensitive environments.
Action Cleaning Systems Inc’s electric-powered, gas, diesel, natural gas or LP heated power washers are designed for outdoor or indoor (with a professionally
installed ventilation system), applications, and offer the same cleaning abilities of the all-electric units, by removing grease, grime, oil, hydraulic fluid,
proteins, dirt, mud and significantly reducing germs. These units are offered in portable and stationary options.

Landa HOT
Portable hot water, electric-powered pressure washer delivering up to 3.5 GPM at up to 2000 PSI. The HOT series effectively removes grease, grime, oil and helps to reduce germs. It features a diesel burner matched with Landa’s long lasting Dura-Coil, flat free tires and either a belt or direct drive industrial pump, backed by a 7-year warranty. All Landa HOT units are ETL certified to UL and CSA safety standards.

Landa PHW
Workhorses of the industry, the PHW series power washers remove grease, grime, oil and help reduce germs. These portable units offer many options including, Time Delay, Auto Start / Stop, LanCom wireless remote control and an electric motor with multiple voltage options. These electric-powered, hot water units also provide the patented Cool-Bypass technology that limits the temperature buildup in the pump during periods of inactivity, prolonging the life of their belt-drive pump, backed by a 7-year warranty. Landa ENG 5 to 10 HP
Compact, electric-powered stationary units that are natural gas or LP heated. The ENG models vary between 5 to 10 HP and deliver up to 9.5 GPM at up to 3000 PSI to remove grease, grime, oil and help reduce germs. Their industrial pumps are backed by a 7-year warranty and protected by the patented Cool-Bypass technology that limits the temperature build-up in the pump during periods of inactivity. These hot water, stationary units also feature Landa’s Tru-Tite belt tensioning system that keeps the belt aligned and tensioned, extending the life of the belt, and the ENG’s provide an optional LanCom remote that allows an operator to control the pressure washer without having to be at the machine. Landa ENG 15 to 20 HP
Hot water, electric-powered stationary units that are natural gas or LP heated, and deliver between 15 to 20 HP and up to 9.5 GPM at up to 1525 PSI to remove grease, grime, oil and help reduce germs. These ENG models provide innovations, such as, Landa’s Tru-Tite belt tensioning system that keeps the belt aligned and tensioned and prolongs the life of the belt, as well as, the Fielder’s Choice system, allowing the inlet / outlet connections to be switched from one side of the machine to the other for easy machine installation. Landa EHW

Alkota All Electric Series
Engineered for the manufacturing, food processing, chemical plant and mining industry, our Alkota All Electric series power washers, except model 4308XP, provide flameless and emissions-free operation.
